What you need

Deposit & Booking
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Approval Required
Noise Cutoff
All events must conclude and guests must vacate the premises by 11:00 PM. No exceptions.
11:00 PM Hard Stop
Transfers
Deposits may be transferred to a future available date one time, with written notice at least 30 days prior to the original event date.
30-Day Notice
Outside Vendors
Outside caterers and beverage vendors are welcome. Proof of liability insurance is required prior to the event.
Insurance Required
Cleaning Fee
A $225 standard cleaning fee applies to all events. Use of confetti requires an additional cleaning fee.

The W.I.N. Loft is a strictly smoke-free facility. Smoking or vaping inside the building may result in immediate event cancellation.
